XOXO Pennant Banner

 The supplies we used:

Crate Paper Valentine Pad for the pennants
Cricut Art Philosophy to cut the pennant
Cricut Classic font for the XOXO
Chevron washi tape
Silver glitter tape (for the clothes pins)
Clothes pins
Black and white twine

 This was so simple to make, if you don't have a Cricut you could easily hand cut the pennant and use stickers for the XOXOXO!
