This could not be any more simple, a washi tape frame!
Tape up your photo and add washi tape along all four sides.
This is just what my craft room needed on its empty wall and it took a good 60 seconds ;)
I LOVE photos and love this photo mobile I bought a few months ago at Cotton On.

| If you're like me you have about a hundred rolls of washi tape, so now go find empty wall space and do a photo wall and frame each photo with washi! |
